By purchasing and enrolling in The Class: Independent Study by Nature, I understand and agree to the following:

Educational Purposes & Results

The Class: Independent Study is an educational program provided by Better Nature, LLC (operating as Nature). I understand that the value I receive from the course, including its strategies, frameworks, lessons, resources, and exercises, will depend on my own participation, comprehension, creative and business experience, and willingness to apply the material.

Better Nature, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors do not guarantee any specific creative, professional, financial, or business outcome as a result of participating in The Class. I am solely responsible for how I interpret, implement, and use the information provided.

Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All course materials provided through The Class: Independent Study—including, but not limited to, the workbook, written and video lessons, exercises, frameworks, templates, Notion content, resource libraries, downloads, and other educational materials—are the intellectual property of Better Nature, LLC or are used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

My purchase grants me a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for my own personal and professional development.

I may use what I learn through The Class in my own creative practice and client work. However, I may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, publish, teach, sublicense, distribute, upload, or otherwise make the course materials themselves available to another person or business, whether for free or for payment, without prior written permission from Better Nature, LLC.

My enrollment and access are intended for one individual and may not be shared with partners, employees, colleagues, clients, or other third parties.

Downloadable Assets

Any fonts, mockups, templates, or other downloadable assets created by Nature and expressly provided for use through The Class may be used in my own personal and commercial creative work, subject to any additional license terms provided with those assets.

This permission does not include the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the original asset files available to others, either individually or as part of another resource library, course, template, product, or download.

Community & Instructor Access

I understand that The Class: Independent Study is designed to be completed independently. Any associated Circle community is primarily a space for peer connection, discussion, and feedback.

Nature may moderate the community and may occasionally participate in discussions or answer questions, but my purchase does not include ongoing personalized feedback, direct mentorship, guaranteed responses from Nature, or access to the live Mentorship program unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment Plans

If I select a payment plan, I understand that I am committing to the full purchase price of The Class: Independent Study, not purchasing access one installment at a time.

I authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged according to the payment schedule selected at purchase and agree that all remaining installments remain due until the full purchase price has been paid.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials, the Notion workspace, downloadable resources, and/or the Circle community, without waiving Better Nature, LLC's right to collect any outstanding balance.

By completing my purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Disputes

Due to the digital nature of The Class: Independent Study and the immediate access provided to proprietary course materials, downloadable resources, and intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing my purchase, I understand that I am receiving immediate access to materials that cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded. I therefore agree that I am not entitled to a refund if I change my mind, do not complete the course, do not participate in the community, or otherwise choose not to use some or all of the materials provided.

If I purchase The Class using a payment plan, choosing not to continue or complete the course does not cancel my payment obligation. I remain responsible for all outstanding installments until the full purchase price has been paid.

I agree to contact Better Nature, LLC directly at the contact information provided by Nature to resolve any billing issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback does not, by itself, cancel any valid payment obligation under these Terms. Better Nature, LLC reserves the right to provide these Terms, purchase records, access records, and other relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution in response to a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
